Leading the strategy for unifying the fraud prevention portfolio, consolidating 15 services (fraud score, biometric analysis, background check, among others) into 2 integrated portals with a single interface. Using Artificial Intelligence to eliminate friction in the integration journey, the project transforms the operational complexity of the merger into smooth and intuitive navigation. With 5 types of dashboards serving more than 3K monthly users, the focus is on ensuring an exceptional experience aligned with the new unified brand identity, connecting the combined portfolio of two leading fraud prevention companies in the Brazilian market.

Project Description

The goal was to identify and develop the best solution to optimize service for IT, Support, Growth, and CSM teams, creating an efficient and scalable chatbot. We conducted a comparison between different AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot Studio vs Azure OpenAI), considering performance, scalability, and cost. We developed ChatPDT and Alana with a low-code approach for easy customization and integration with Databricks and knowledge bases.
